The Cottage is rented in
it's entirety, or as the top or bottom floors individually with
separate entrances. The top floor has two sleeping rooms,
the bottom floor has one sleeping room. Each floor has a
private bath.

We have
one king size bed, one queen size bed, and one double bed.
There are also two small hide-a-beds
available.

Everyone
is welcome, including your children.

The
Salem Municipal Airport is open to the public and we can pick
anyone up who flies in. The airport also has a courtesy
car.

No pets
please. We ask that all pets be left at home so you can
enjoy the pets that are already
here.

The
Cottage is a smoke-free environment but smoking is permitted on
the porches and outside.

Both
floors of the Cottage are accessible to the
handicapped.

Breakfast is served each day along with mid-afternoon
refreshments.

Check in
after 3:00 p.m., check out by 11:30
a.m.

72-hour
cancellation policy.

Deposit
required for first night or 50% of entire stay over three
nights.
